At DukeDryden, we take great care to ensure your order is handled quickly and safely. All our trench coats are carefully packed and dispatched from our distribution center within 2–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

We offer **free standard shipping** on all orders. Delivery times vary by destination, generally taking:

• 3–5 business days for domestic orders
• 7–14 business days for international orders

Please note that delivery may be delayed during peak seasons or due to customs inspections. Our customer service team will be glad to assist you with any shipping-related questions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your DukeDryden coat. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within **30 days** of delivery. Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at informationdesk@dukedryden.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Refunds are processed within **5–10 business days** after we receive your returned item. Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
